HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. — The New York Jets signed first-round pick Nick Mangold, getting all their players signed in time for the start of training camp.
The deal is said to be for 5 years and about $7.5 million, with incentives that can push it to over $10.5 million.
Mangold, a center out of Ohio State, is penciled in to start with fellow rookie D’Brickashaw Ferguson. The No. 4 overall pick agreed to his deal Thursday morning.
The Jets open training camp Friday.
